World Cruise 2013

Today was our last day in Cape Town, South Africa. I went on a tour that
started 7:10 AM because the tour had to get back to the ship for a South African
Immigration Procedure that was to start at 3 PM. We left the ship and drove
south thru Cape Town and toward the most southwest part of Africa. We had
magnificent views of the county side before we arrived at the Cape of Good Hope
Nature Reserve. We stopped and took pictures of the Cape of Good Hope, which is
the most southwest part of the continent of Africa. We then drove to Cape Point
and took a funicular to the top of the point. I walked up most of the way to
the top and took some pictures. We went down and drove to Boulders Beach on the
eastern part of the point where we had lunch and visited the penguin colony.
Our last stop was at the Kirstenbosch National Botanic Gardens where I had
visited on the previous day. This tour was only 45 minutes long because we had
to get back to the ship. I took some more pictures of the gardens and we got
back to the ship at 3:45 PM.
